Friendly and nice atmosphere. Professional approach. Therapist had time and patient. She tried out some products on me to check if I have any allergic reaction to it. That was great and gave me the confidence to buy the products. I did not get the feeling that the therapist just wanted to sell me as many products and treatments as possible.
