“Waste of money. Bad experience. ”
Disappointing, didn’t meet my expectations, and far from the reality shown on the website.
- Week1: I lost 7kgs since I felt so sick that I could not eat or drink at all.
- Week16: I gained 3kgs over 15weeks which leaves a net weigh loss of 4kgs.
Had issues communicating with the clinic where they became unresponsive on my concerns (have emails and WhatsApp’s with them). Their feedback is that I did not eat healthier and exercise. - What’s the balloon then for, if they are now saying the whole program is based on food and exercise? - Why did I pay for a balloon that doesn’t work? - How could I gain 3kgs over 15 weeks with a balloon that’s suppose to make me feel full (by taking 40% of my stomach)?
Be aware you can’t ask for a refund where the product and service did not meet my expectations. I’m escalating this to a consumer association, but they told me I won’t win based on their experience (I guess they had different complains before).
In a nutshell, I paid +4.000EUR and 9 terrible days sick with a net weight loss of 4kgs due to the first week sickness and not due to the balloon. If you want to lose weight, don’t choose this program. Rather take the time to eat healthier and exercise if you can.
