I was really impress by the high standard of the clinic and the amazing staff working there : everybody is helpfull and understanding. Dr. Nio is the most efficient surgeon i have ever met, he is kind, wise and while hearing the patient's requirements, knows how to advice and explain. The secretaries are extremely patients and kindly answer all the questions but i regret that it was always taking a while before receiving any answer, leaving me in panic before i hear back from them. The nurses were extremely kind and sweet all along, taking care of me and keeping me calm. The anesthetist is also to be thanked and all the people who were there in the surgery room.

The only thing i would blame would be that not everybody in the clinic speaks english which leads to misunderstandings, and being gluten intolerant didn't help me having a snack after the surgery.
