As an expat in The Hague, I found it difficult to let myself in the hands of a clinic.
After quite some research, I found Essential Aesthetics. Immediately when I arrived, I felt the warm feeling of the team and the attention for details. The care team specialist took care to explain me the steps of the consult. What I liked is that I have been introduced to the way of working and they explained me the story and the drive behind the company based on which they are working and helping their patients.
Doctor Luca Piombino, took his time to explain me a lot of aspects related to a facelift surgery and made me aware of what I can expect. I could have seen why he had so many good reviews. I was impressed when I heard that he is coming from a family of plastic surgeon and that initially he worked for several
years as a maxillofacial surgeon helping kids with malformations to have a better life.
I found it unique as well that at this clinic, the doctor is working in a team with another surgeon. It sounds convenient to have 2 specialists for myself when it comes to such a delicate surgery as a facelift. It took me 2 weeks to recover, period in which, the team was very often in contact with me, showing me
a lot of attention. The result is absolutely great, and I love to see my fresh look now, a few months after the surgery. I feel like I am glowing again.
What I also wish to share in this review is that the clinic has a whole package integrated in maintaining the result after the surgery with a non-invasive treatment I am going to follow: a HIFU technique based on ultrasound therapy.
