I would highly recommend Dr Eberson and his staff to anyone looking to undertake a hair transplant. From the very first consultation, Dr Eberson came across as very knowledgeable, whilst informing me in a straight forward manner how the surgery would unfold and what realistic results I could expect to achieve. During the surgery, both Dr Eberson and his staff were very welcoming, friendly, patient and created a relaxed but attentive atmosphere. The experience of the nurses and Dr Eberson were evident from the professional and diligent way they collaborated in transplanting 2500 grafts. The clinic itself is also very spacious and well finished, and during the treatment day was exclusively for my use.
On the evening after the surgery, I also bumped my head very slightly which caused some bleeding. Both Dr Eberson and his staff were on hand well after working hours to provide advice and calm my concerns, and the following day they repaired the minor damage. Again on the evening after my surgery Dr Eberson was quickly available for me to ask a minor query about removing my bandage.
All in all, not only were the consultation and surgery very professional, the lengths to which Dr Eberson and the nurses went to ensure I felt comfortable and informed, and their willingness to address my concerns outside of office hours, were beyond my expectations.
I am looking forward to seeing the results over the coming months, and have every confidence of a good outcome given the many years of experience of everyone at the clinic.
